10 yearsI had a pretty similar experience. When i answered, a guy said “Hello” and then suddenly started laughing before just hanging up. The line was really bad too, crackly and odd. Seemed really dodgy, so i decided to block the number straight away.10 yearsI picked up and could tell someone was there, but the moment I said hello, they just cut the call.
