9 yearsI got a call from someone named Alex who claimed there were problems with my internet connection. When I asked which company he was working for, he said TalkTalk. I told him I don’t even have TalkTalk as my internet provider, and he then said TalkTalk handled all the online security stuff. Quite a claim, huh? Over time, these nice folks from TalkTalk kept ringing me up non-stop.
